Demand Construction is partnering with Shadetree Financial, Snoball, and Project Pros to sponsor the biggest giveaway in solar history, a massive $1,000,000 is available to the top three sales teams if we reach our goal of 1000 sales in 2024 Q4. This contest is open to any sales individuals or sales teams. Entrants must sign up using the form below no later than October 31st, 2024 to be eligible for a prize. If you haven’t sold with Demand Construction before, you must onboard with us in order to compete.
All members of a sales team must fill out a form for their deals to be included.
Eligible dates for the Q4 contest are from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Only installed projects will count toward the 1,000-deal goal. Cancelled or incomplete projects will not be counted toward the total. The final payout is based on the realization rate of completed installations. The winning team will be announced on March 15, 2025. There will be three prizes for the top three entrants: 1st place = up to $600,000, 2nd place = up to $300,000, and 3rd place = up to $100,000.
The prize amounts will be adjusted based on the realization rate of total combined sales from all registered contestants. For example, if the realization rate is 50%, the payouts will be reduced accordingly: 1st place will receive $300,000, 2nd place will receive $150,000, and 3rd place will receive $50,000.
Demand, Shadetree Financial, Snoball, Project Pros, RDCL, Sunbase and Danny Pessy reserve the right to modify contest rules or details at their discretion. All decisions are final.
Demand shall have the exclusive right and authority to control the AVL, add ons, and specific finance partners used for each project. Demand shall also reserve the right to include adders for specific financing options and partners.
All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes, which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence. Winner(s) shall be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the prize(s) (or any portion thereof), if applicable. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the contest will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves all rights, including the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any entrant attempting to do so to the fullest extent of the law, including reporting such activities to the appropriate authorities, which may result in or lead to criminal prosecution. Demand Construction Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel contests at any time for any reason. This shall include the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or prematurely conclude the contest should any computer virus, malfunction, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the contest.
